Together in Tune

Together in Tune (2025) is a youth-led, ongoing music wellness initiative funded by Sprout Ideas that brings live music and holiday carolling to seniors in long-term care and hospital settings across the Greater Toronto Area. By connecting student musicians with older adults, the program hopes to support wellness and reduce social isolation while creating youth community-based volunteering opportunities through music.
